Jordan took on his role approximately five years ago, a promotion that came with limited prior experience. Nevertheless, he has committed himself to developing his skills, even achieving certification as an ICF coach. Leading a team during a period of considerable turnover, Jordan drives essential initiatives, including cultural transformation and leadership development strategies. Servant Leadership
