  2. Late Delivery: Customers reserve the right to claim Time Delivery Difference Compensation in case of any delay. Compensation is calculated based on the initial deadline and the duration of the delay. However, compensation cannot be provided in the following scenarios:

    a) Customer Actions: If the delay results from any actions by the customer, such as late payment or delayed submission of required material.

    b) Customer End Issues: If the customer receives the product late due to issues at their end, such as internet problems, browser issues, or system failure.

  3. Quality Issues: Customers can seek compensation if they are unsatisfied with the provided work. The Quality Assurance Team will assess the quality based on customer feedback, indicating issues with the delivered product. However, compensation requests are invalid if solely based on receiving a poor grade. Drafts provided by the company are for reference purposes only and should not be submitted directly.

    For plagiarism claims, validation requires a Turnitin report. No other report will be accepted for compensation.

  4. Refund Processing: Upon confirming the refund, the company will process the request within seven days. Please note that the company will not be liable for any Bank Transfer fees, transfer issues, or delays caused by Bank service issues.

    Refunds will be processed through the Original Mode of Payment used during the transaction.
