By centralizing this data, organizations can identify gaps, successes, and areas for improvement, ultimately driving better business outcomes.
Amazon stands at the forefront of e-commerce, leveraging its IMS to meet and anticipate consumer demand effectively. The company continually aims to cater to a diverse customer base, making data collection essential.
