How do I submit the 1st task (FDM1)?
To submit the FDM1 task, you need to provide two items through the submission tab:
CPE Record: Submit this via the submission tab only. Do not upload the completed CPE Record into your ePortfolio.
OneNote ePortfolio Link: Submit the link through the submission tab as well. The ePortfolio contains all deliverables from Phases I and II of the CPE Record. Only submit the CPE Record and ePortfolio after all components in both are fully completed.
How do I create a shareable OneNote ePortfolio link?
To generate a shareable OneNote ePortfolio link, follow these steps:
Click Share at the top right of your OneNote ePortfolio.
Select People you specify can view in the pop-up.
Choose People in Western Governors University with the link, then click Apply.
Return to the previous pop-up and click Copy link.
Paste this link in the submission area.
How do I submit the 2nd task (AIM2)?
For AIM2, submit the required items exclusively through the submission tab. Do not upload the AIM2 task in your ePortfolio.
How do I submit my performance assessment (AIM2), and what file formats are accepted?
Within the assessments tab, click Begin Task Attempt and use the paperclip icon to attach files. Accepted formats include PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, or PPTX. Live links (e.g., SharePoint, iCloud) are not accepted because originality cannot be verified, and evaluators cannot access previous versions. Do not submit the AIM2 task through OneNote or the ePortfolio.

What is the Clinical Practice Experience (CPE)?
The CPE is the clinical portion of your course designed to prepare you for the AIM2 Performance Assessment. Completing the activities and assignments in the CPE Record earns you 25 hours of indirect clinical hours. All deliverables are uploaded to your ePortfolio.
Where can I access the CPE Record?
Go to the Assessments section in the Course material.
Click View Task and scroll down to the Supporting Documents section.
The CPE Record contains many live links, so it’s recommended to save it electronically rather than printing.

Where do I find the GoReact video link?
Access GoReact through the link embedded in the CPE Record using your WGU single sign-on. If asked for your instructor’s name, you are likely using the wrong link.
Am I required to review other students’ GoReact videos?
Yes, you must watch and provide written feedback on two peer GoReact videos.
