To counter this, I plan to prioritize rest by setting consistent bedtimes and adjusting my study schedule to ensure I achieve the recommended seven hours of sleep each night.

Another powerful self-care strategy is regular physical activity. As the mother of a young child, I often take walks with my daughter in her stroller. These walks not only improve my physical health but also provide mental clarity and emotional balance. To accomplish this, I will dedicate two to three full days per week to academic work and utilize weekends for additional study time. My schedule includes 12 courses (36 credits), requiring completion of one course every two weeks. Maintaining a consistent sleep routine of 7–8 hours per night will support cognitive focus and endurance.

My second goal is to enhance my delegation skills in the clinical setting. I often find it challenging to delegate tasks, preferring to manage everything independently. However, this approach leads to fatigue and inefficiency. I plan to delegate at least one task per shift, depending on workload and team dynamics.
