Week 3 Assignment: Cardiovascular Assessment of Michael Granger (iHuman)

Purpose

The purpose of this assignment is to provide students with the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to perform a cardiovascular assessment on a virtual patient using the iHuman platform.

Course Outcomes

This assignment helps students achieve the following course outcomes:

Directions

To complete the assignment, students should follow these steps:

Complete the prework questions related to the case.
Begin the case and complete the following sections:

- Health History
- Physical Assessment
- Provide answers to the case questions in the Nurse Notes section.

The EHR Review, Health History, and Physical Assessment sections are worth 100 points each and are graded with immediate feedback by iHuman. The Nurse Notes section, worth 50 points, is graded by the instructor upon submission.

After completing the case, review the score and feedback provided by iHuman. Students are allowed one retake (a total of two attempts) before the submission deadline to improve their score. The highest score will be considered, with adjustments made by the instructor based on performance.
